lingerie brands

Today, there are more lingerie brands than ever on a mission to help women find lingerie that feels incredible and fits amazing.

So, what do all of these brands have in common? Here are six things lingerie brands want you to know:

1.  We listen to your feedback

Feel like your feedback goes into a black hole and is never heard by the lingerie brand? We promise that’s not the case. Lingerie brands spend a lot of time listening to and reading their customers’ feedback. In addition to the conversations we have with customers off-line, we pay attention to what you’re saying online too.

Social media is a great place for lingerie brands to spend their time, so don’t be surprised if the suggestion you leave in your comment actually happens. We wouldn’t be here without the continuous support and love from our fans and customers, so we take customer feedback very seriously.

2.  Sometimes we discontinue certain styles and colors

If you’ve ever wondered, “Why did they discontinue my favorite bra?”, you’re not alone. While lingerie brands may discontinue styles from time to time, it’s not personal. There are a few reasons why lingerie brands choose to discontinue styles. They may include: a lack of demand, a change in manufacturing or materials (ie. the style could become too costly to produce), an introduction of a new style based on the discontinued one, the brand moving in a different direction design-wise, and so on.

Of all of these factors, sales are one of the biggest indicators if a style will be discontinued or not. If a bra just isn’t selling like it used to, it will likely be discontinued at some point. This is because lingerie brands don’t want to spend their budgets on bras that aren’t selling well. Instead, they’ll look for other ways to give their customers what they’re looking for (often in the form of a new design).

3.  We design everything with love

We put a lot of time and care into the lingerie we design and produce. Most independent lingerie brands are small operations of dedicated experts. Some are a one-woman show while others involve a team of hundreds of employees from around the world. No matter the size of the team, everything – from the sketch to the sample to the finished product – is designed with love.

4.  We’re a diverse group of lingerie experts

The beauty of the lingerie industry lies in its diversity and also in its differences in creative points of view. Though there are lingerie brands in many parts of the world, we all share the same unifying goal: To help you find lingerie that you feel amazing in. From A cups to K cups and 28-44 band sizes and beyond, we love that there is truly a bra out there for every woman.

5.  If you want the best fit in our bras, we suggest getting a bra fitting first.

Ask any lingerie expert if you should get regular bra fittings and they’ll probably say yes. A bra fitting is key to finding the right fit when it comes to bras. A good bra fitter can solve your bra fit problems, suggest styles that work for your body and your budget, and – instead of telling you if something fits or not – actually show you what a phenomenal fit looks like.

6.  We appreciate you!

We want you to be happy and love the lingerie you purchase from our brand. We appreciate that you choose to spend your hard-earned dollars on our lingerie. We wouldn’t be here without you!

As always, thanks so much for reading and we’ll catch you in the next article!
