How to care for your garments

Bras and underwear need a little extra care to ensure their longevity. Hand wash and line dry all Parfait garments. Do not use bleach.

How to become a member

Please go to the “Become a member” page and click on the “Become a Member” tab to simply sign up

Is there any membership fee or hidden cost to be a member?

No. Our membership is free for anyone who signs up. There are no hidden costs for membership

What are the current member benefits?

Our current member benefits include free shipping and returns as well as a free panty with every bra
purchase. Please remember to add your panty to the shopping cart before checkout.

Can I apply discount code and member benefit such as free panty at the same time?

No. Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined or stacked

How does the free panty member benefit work?

For every regular priced bra purchase you will receive a free panty from our Parfait Panty collection.
Please remember to select and add a panty to the shopping cart when you purchase any bra. The cost of
any qualified panty under member benefit will be automatically waived during checkou

Do I also need to return the free product such as free panty when I return the bras I purchased?

Yes. When returning an order, all free promotional products, such as a free panty, must be returned in
order to process your return

What is our return policy?

We will accept returns on orders made within 30 days of the placed order. Products must be unworn,
unwashed, and with all original tags attached.


How to initiate a return

To initiate your return, visit https://shop.parfaitlingerie.com/a/returns. Once your return has been
created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please may
drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. It
may take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note, refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account.
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
