We accept returns within 30 days of the date the order was made.
Products must be unwashed and in their original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase. If you receive a free promotional product as part of your purchase, the free item must also be returned.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
How to request a return
To initiate your return, visit our return portal at https://parfait-lingerie.happyreturns.com
Enter your order number and zip code so that your order can be found by the system.
Orders can only be returned within 30 days of the order being placed. If the order is outside this time window the system will not allow a return.
Once your return has been created, you have the option to return the item to a Happy Return's partner location which will be shown to you based on your zip code. There is no need to package or print out a label, simply show the provided QR code to the clerk and they will process it for you.
You also have the option to print out a pre-paid shipping label to return the item via that standard method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 15 days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
