    Parfait Lingerie FAQ

    • What bra sizes does Parfait carry?

      • Parfait was founded in 2010 to design for fuller-bust and full-figure women. Most underwire styles come in 30 to 44 bands and US C to K cups (UK C to H), and select wire-free styles are sized S to 3X Plus. Size runs vary by style, so check the size options on each product page.

        Recommended:

    • How do I find my Parfait bra size?

      • Measure snugly around your ribcage directly under your bust, then loosely over the fullest part of your bust while wearing your best-fitting unlined bra. Standard size formulas often underestimate cup volume for DD+ busts, so use a tool built for fuller sizes. Fit can also vary from style to style, so treat your result as a starting point.

        Recommended: Enter your measurements in the Bra Size Calculator, or use the Fit Room to get a recommended Parfait size, with or without a measuring tape, plus quick checks for band, cup, and wire fit.

    • What’s the difference between full bust and plus size?

      • They describe different things. Full bust refers to cup size: generally a DD cup or larger, meaning your bust measures about 5 inches or more beyond your ribcage. Plus size refers to band size, usually a 38 or 40 band and up. You can be one, both, or neither. A slim woman in a 30DD is full busted, while someone in a 40C wears a plus-size band but not a full-bust cup. Parfait designs for both, with bands from 30 to 44 and cups up to a K.

    • What is Parfait’s return policy?

      • US orders get free return shipping on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the item cost, or within 60 days if you added REDO coverage at checkout. Return labels are free, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.

        Good to know:

        • Items marked Final Sale can’t be returned or exchanged.
        • Returns past the 30-day window (60 days with REDO) aren’t accepted, with no exceptions.
        • If your order included a free promotional item, it must be returned too.
        • Canada returns have a CAD $14.95 fee, and UK/EU returns are charged the full return shipping cost. Import and duty fees for Canada, the UK, and the EU are non-refundable.
        • If your order arrives damaged, email help@parfaitlingerie.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle these case by case and will work toward a satisfactory solution.

    • How should I care for my bras so they last?

      • Fasten the hooks and hand wash in cool water with a gentle lingerie wash, or machine wash in a mesh bag on a short, cool delicates cycle. Never use the dryer, because heat breaks down elastic and misshapes cups; lay bras flat to dry instead. Rotate your bras rather than wearing one two days in a row. With proper care, a well-fitting bra should last about 6 months to a year of regular wear.
