We offer free return shipping on all orders for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the item cost, while opting into REDO coverage at checkout extends your return window to 60 days. Please note that while return labels are provided at no cost, initial shipping charges remain non-refundable.
Products must be unwashed and in their original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders. Sale Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges past the 30 day (60 day with REDO coverage) window are not accepted, no exceptions.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase. If you receive a free promotional product as part of your purchase, the free item must also be returned.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
How to request a return
To initiate your return, visit our return portal at https://parfaitlingerie.com/apps/redo/account Enter your order number and zip code so that your order can be found by the system.
Orders can only be returned within 30 days (60 days with REDO coverage) of the order being placed. If the order is outside this time window the system will not allow a return.
Canada Order Returns: Orders will be charged a CAD $14.95 fee for returns.
UK/EU Order Returns: Customer must pay full price of return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment, minus the cost of the original shipping.
Note that refunds can take up to 15 days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
