Refunds and returns
We offer free return shipping on all orders for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the item cost, while opting into REDO coverage at checkout extends your return window to 60 days. Please note that while return labels are provided at no cost, initial shipping charges remain non-refundable.
Canada orders will incur a CAD $14.95 return shipping fee. UK/EU customers must pay full return shipping cost. Sale Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges past the 30 day (60 day with REDO coverage) window are not accepted, no exceptions.

Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We offer 3-4 business day delivery for $7.99 flat rate shipping on all orders within the US and expedited 2 business day for $14.99. Hawaii/Alaska is flat rate $12.99 for 7-10 business day shipping, and expedited $19.99, 3-5 business days. Canada, UK/EU order shipping is based on order value and destination.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to the US, Canada, UK and EU.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@parfaitlingerie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
